1. Current practices

The closed form does not transmit or save information entered. Photos cannot be uploaded. Viewing pages may produce technical logs at the hosting provider. No advertising tracking is installed in the site code.

2. Before requests open

Private storage, notifications, proof of consent, and deletion tasks must be configured and verified before any collection. The person responsible’s contact details and service-provider practices will be published before activation.

The planned processing is a manual review by Mon Émondeur. The form offers a separate, optional choice for possible manual sharing with one tree-service business. You may refuse this sharing without preventing the review. Sharing will depend on selecting a business based on the project and municipality; the closed form transmits no information.

3. Planned retention

The project sets the period of access to records at 90 days after submission. Expired records will be removed from processing, then deleted through cleanup tasks. This period is a project decision and does not describe collection currently in operation. Separate deletion terms must be established for emails, exports, and backups.

Consent requested

I consent to Developpement DP Inc. (Mon Émondeur) collecting my name, my chosen contact method, my municipality, and the project information submitted in this form to review my request and respond to it. Service providers may process some information outside Quebec; their roles and retention periods are described in the privacy policy. Sharing with a tree-service business requires the separate, optional choice below. No emergency service or response time is guaranteed.

Optional sharing choice

Optional — I authorize Mon Émondeur to manually share my name, chosen contact method, municipality, and project details with one tree-service business so it can contact me about the project and a possible estimate.

This choice is optional: you may ask Mon Émondeur to review your request without agreeing to sharing. Sharing depends on selecting a business based on your project and municipality and verifying its services and information-handling terms. No referral or estimate is guaranteed. You may withdraw this consent with the person responsible identified in the policy before sharing; an email already sent cannot be recalled.
